Early Life and Family
Sachin Tendulkar was born in April 1973 into a Brahmin family in Dadar, Mumbai. He comes from the renowned Saraswat Brahmin family. His father, Ramesh Tendulkar, was a Marathi writer and poet, while his mother, Rajni, worked in the insurance industry. He has two half-brothers named Nitin and Ajit, as well as a half-sister named Savita.
During his early years, Sachin lived at the “Sahitya Saha Cooperative Housing Society” in Bandra (East). He attended Sharadashram Vidyamandir High School and during his time there, he also trained at the M.R.F. Pace Foundation to develop his skills as a fast bowler.

Personal Life
Sachin met the love of his life, Anjali, at his home at Mumbai International Airport upon his return from his first overseas tour. There was an instant attraction for Sachin. Fortunately, he was introduced to Anjali by a mutual acquaintance, and she had no prior knowledge of cricket, sports, or any related field.
They tied the knot in 1995, after being together for over five years. Together, they have two children, Sara and Arjun Tendulkar.
Career
Sachin began his cricket career in 1987 when he was selected to represent Bombay in the Ranji Trophy. However, during that period, he did not make it to the final eleven in any of the matches and was often used as a substitute fielder.
